* Heel pain since 2 yrs
* Lower back pain on and off since more than 4 yrs
* Leucorrhea on and off since 4 yrs
* Recurrent UTI
* Swelling over feet, fingers of hand
* Puffiness of face
* Bleeding piles on and off since many yrs

If your skin feels heavy, greasy, and prone to breakouts — you don’t need more products, you need the right ones.

Here’s a simple Ayurvedic routine to reset your skin 👇

🧼 Cleanse (Daily)
Use a deep-cleansing herbal face wash (neem / tea tree) with warm water to remove excess oil + prevent clogged pores

🌹 Tone (Daily)
Go for astringent toners like witch hazel or rose water to tighten pores & balance oil

✨ Exfoliate (2–3x/week)
Gentle scrubs with besan or oats to remove dead skin & avoid congestion

💧 Moisturize (Daily)
Light, oil-free hydration (aloe vera works best 🌱) to keep skin breathable

🧖‍♀️ Mask (1x/week)
Detox masks with bentonite clay, neem, or turmeric to pull out impurities

🌿 DIY Kapha Masks (1–2x/week)

🟤 Detox Mask
Multani mitti + rose water (or lemon juice)
→ Apply for 10–15 mins

🌼 Brightening Mask
2 tsp bentonite clay + ½ tsp turmeric + 1 tsp honey
→ Mix with water & apply

Consistency > random skincare ✨
Save this & try it for 2 weeks — your skin will tell the difference

Your skin isn’t bad, it is just Pitta dominant 🔥
Follow this daily Pitta skincare routine👇🏻

Cleanse 🧼
Use a mild, non-drying cleanser with cooling ingredients like neem, rosewater, or sandalwood.
Raw honey or gram flour (besan) are excellent natural options.

Tone 🌹
Apply alcohol-free toner, such as pure rose water or Mogra water, to hydrate and reduce redness.

Moisturize 💧
Use a lightweight, cooling moisturizer or facial oil, such as sesame, almond, or coconut oil.

Protect ☀️
Use a non-toxic sunscreen with SPF 50 or more to prevent irritation from heat, according to Rasa Ayurveda.

Nighttime 🌙
Remove impurities and use a calming serum to soothe the skin overnight.

Daily Routine for Vata Skin Type 🌿

Cleanse 🧼
Wash your with mild facewash

Use milk-based or gentle, oil-based cleansers, avoiding harsh soap to keep the skin hydrated.

Moisturize 💧
Apply rich, heavy creams and oils like avocado, almond, or sesame to combat dryness and improve elasticity.

Abhyanga (Daily Massage) 🪔
Massage with warm sesame or almond oil to improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and hydrate the skin.

Toning 🌹
Use gentle, hydrating, alcohol-free toners such as rose water.


Honey & Avocado Mask:

1. Mix ½ mashed avocado with 1 tablespoon of honey. Avocado provides healthy fats while honey acts as a natural humectant.

2.Milk & Oatmeal Mask: Blend 2 tablespoons of oatmeal powder with enough warm milk or cream (malai) to make a paste. This gently exfoliates without stripping natural oils.

3.Yogurt & Turmeric Mask: Combine 1 tablespoon of yogurt with a pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of honey to brighten and hydrate.

Foods for Vata Skin type :

Grounding Foods: Eat warm, cooked meals like soups and stews.

Healthy Fats: Incorporate ghee, nuts, seeds, and avocados into your diet to moisturize skin from the inside out.

Hydration: Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid ice-cold beverages, which can aggravate Vata.

Periods च्या आधी स्त्री शरीरात काही स्वाभाविक बदल होणे normal आहे

उदा. ओटीपोटात हलक्या कळा येणं, मांड्या, पाय भरून येणं
Energy थोडी कमी वाटणे, इत्यादी.
