Tips for diabetic
1.Eat a lot of green leafy veg and all types of raw vegetables such as cucumber carrot cauliflower cabbage onion, tomato, lady finger.
2.Eat grains like wheat, jowar, bajra, ragi.
3.Limit white potatoes and refined grain products such as white breads and white pasta, noodles, rice
4.Soyabean or gram flour add in to atta increasing protien content of food.
5.Use whole pulses like chana, rajma, soyabean mongdal instead of split pulses.
6.Limit concentrated sweets— such as ice cream—to occasional treats. Eliminate sugar-sweetened drinks.
7.Eat a healthful type of protein at most meals, such as beans, fish, or skinless chicken.
8.Choose foods with healthful fats, such as olive oil, nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), and avocados.
9. Limit saturated fats from dairy and other animal products.
10.Have three meals and one or two snacks each day, and don’t skip breakfast.
11.Eat slowly and stop when full.
12.Avoid processed foods like baked goods, sugary desserts, and packaged cereal
13. Eat whole fresh fruit instead of fruit juice like apple, pears, papaya, orange, mausami, melons, jamon, guava but not more than 100 grms.
14. Do exercise or Walk atleat 30 min. Five time in weak.

How to quit smoking
There are a lot of methods that will help you quit smoking.
-Milk, celery, carrot, fruits and vegetables when taken before smoking, develops a bitter after taste, compelling the smoker to extinguish the cigarette half way through because of the horrendous taste it leaves in the mouth.
A US study revealed that some foods, including meat, make ci******es more satisfying. so avaoid red meat.
-Eating foods rich in Vitamin C, like orange, lemon, amla, guava, in more quantity cuts down the urge to smoke. This is because ci******es deprive you of Vitamin C supply, leaving you with a deficiency which the ni****ne fills.

-Whenever you have craving for smoking, you can eat some salty food items like chips, papad, pickle etc. You can also put some salt on the tip of the tongue, which will help you to kill your urge of smoking.
