National Level Victory – Proud of you, Manali!🌟

Manali’s journey in the Cook for Change Challenge, organised by the Veruschka Foundation, is truly inspiring! 👩‍🍳✨

Competing at a national-level platform, with participants from across the country, she showcased outstanding culinary skills, creativity and confidence. 🍲💫

🥇 We are excited to share that Manali won the 1st prize in the first round, which includes a cash award of ₹1,00,000! 🎉👏

In the final round, Manali prepared a nutritious millets-based thalipeeth, along with a refreshing energy drink, beautifully combining the crucial elements of health, taste and sustainability. 🌾🥤♻️

This is a proud moment for all of us at Navksh*tij. It reflects the power of inclusion, determination and talent. 💛

Our friends from the Talegaon unit enthusiastically participated in the “Mobility for Inclusion” Walkathon & Cyclathon organised by Tata Motors at Pimpri.

With smiles, energy and determination, our friends walked and cycled together to celebrate diversity, dignity and inclusion.

Navksh*tij celebrated the festival of colours with our long-time friends from Emcure Pharmaceuticals. For many years, Emcure and Navksh*tij have followed this beautiful tradition, reflecting the strong bond shared.

This year, along with some newly-joined Emcure team members, we played with colours, sharing smiles and some delicious snacks. The celebration was filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness.

It was not just a celebration of Holi—it was truly a celebration of inclusion, friendship and sharing.

Cook for Change Challenge – Food for thought and inspiration🌟

Manali, Sanjeet and Sunita enthusiastically participated in a Cook for Change Challenge organised by Veruschka Foundation. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

In the first round, they prepared a delicious Maharashtrian traditional dish, while in the second round they showcased creativity with a thoughtful zero-waste recipe. ♻️🍲

We are proud to share that Manali successfully completed all three rounds and has been selected for the final! 🎉👏

Monthly Trek Diaries 🌄✨

Today (Feb 25, 2026), our friends from Marunji and Talegaon units conquered Tikona Killa with their unstoppable energy and sunbright smiles!

Starting early in the morning and completing the trek by afternoon, the entire experience was filled with enthusiasm, being there for one another and moments of pure happiness.

Every step taken spoke volumes about our special friends' courage and confidence, paving the way towards inclusion.

On February 22, 2026, melodious music filled the air as we soaked in Swarotsav–Suron Ki Mehfil at Marunji.

Organised by talented IT professionals, the evening began with Ganesh Aarti and featured devotional songs, Bollywood melodies and group performances by our beneficiaries, staff and guest artists.

The event filled the campus with joy and positive energy. All artists were felicitated. Our special friends received gifts.

It was truly a memorable evening, with music emanating from our hearts even long after the programme ended. 🎶✨

Under their Employee Engagement Programme, 20 employees, from Hexaware Technologies visited our Marunji unit today (Feb 23, 2026). The team included leadership members.

The visitors actively interacted with our special friends, participated in fun and engaging games, and created a joyful and inclusive atmosphere. The enthusiasm and warmth shared during the visit left a permanent stamp of happiness on everyone.

The team distributed bags to winners and donated a few items from our list of requirements.

Currently we have a total of 65 mentally challenged friends living with us for life in Marunji campus and one who comes to us for daycare. The living quarters of males and females are totally segrega
