A muffin day keeps sadness away!
Ingredients:
1 Banana
¾ cup egg whites
½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
¼ cup swee-2
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray muffin tray with cooking spray.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and divide among sockets in the tray.
Bake until you can insert a fork and remove without sticking, about 17 minutes.
Top Muffins with Greek yogurt.
Makes 12 servings.
