Meet Utsav and his wife, a duo who decided to transform together — body, mind, and lifestyle.

From Sedentary to Stronger — Vikaash’s Ongoing Journey 💚

When Vikaash started his journey in September 2024, his life looked nothing like it does today.
He was battling depression, anxiety, sleepless nights, and a lifestyle that had trapped him in a cycle of alcohol, junk food, and emotional chaos.

His daily stats told the story:
💤 Sleep: 0–4 hours (some nights, none at all)
🚶‍♂️ Activity: Barely 500–1000 steps
💧 Water: 500 ml–1 litre a day
❤️ Heart Rate: 95+

But behind those numbers was something deeper — a man who had lost touch with himself.

Everything changed when he joined FITTR as an early HART Ring user, receiving a coaching package that connected him with Coach Abhishek Garg. That’s when the healing began. 🌱

Under Abhishek’s guidance, Vikaash learned that fitness wasn’t punishment — it was rebuilding.
Balanced nutrition, sustainable habits, and small, consistent changes slowly brought his life back into rhythm.

Even when life tested him — including an emergency gallstone surgery just two weeks into his journey — he refused to stop. The moment his stitches healed, he was back on track.

In just 9 months, he went from 149 kg to 111 kg — a 38 kg fat loss. 💪
But the numbers are only half the story.
Today, he sleeps 6–7 hours, drinks 4+ litres of water daily, walks 6,000–10,000 steps, and has brought his heart rate down to 65.
More importantly, he feels calm, confident, and truly alive — physically and mentally.

Vikaash credits his wife for being his rock — the one who stood by him through every setback, meal prep, and milestone.
And he dedicates his transformation to his late mother — the first person who dreamt of seeing him healthy and happy.
