I wasn’t always the “nutritionist” you see today.
I was someone struggling with PCOD,
weight gain, low energy… and a body I didn’t feel at home in.
I tried diets.
I tried shortcuts.
Nothing stayed.
Until I stopped chasing quick fixes
and started building a lifestyle.
That’s when everything changed ✨
✔️ I healed my PCOD
✔️ I reached 54 kgs
✔️ I built consistency over perfection
And at 40… I started again.
From being a baker to becoming a full-time nutritionist.
