To support the parents and to help the children in this scenario, we have established a Grow2Fly Child and Adolescent Counseling Centre, in Pune. Under our GROW Model (Give Roots, Offer Wings), we offer a triplet of services:
1. Assessments: The Center has facilities to assess children on various parameters of psychological, behavioral and emotional components.
2. Counselling / Remedial Intervention: The Centre offers systematic and individualized Counselling for both children and parents in various areas. For identified cases, Remedial sessions are also conducted as per the agreed Remedial Intervention plan.
3. Workshops: Trainings and workshops are conducted for children and parents/ Teachers about behavioural and psychological aspects of kids and adolescents.
* The solutions are offered through interactions, meetings, tests and counseling sessions - with prior appointment. The solution is offered with prior appointment. Following steps, as required, will be taken:
• Intro meeting with parents
• Identifying assessment areas and choosing correct tools
• Conducting assessment
• Report explanation
• Counselling /Remedial Intervention/Follow-up:
Assessment of weaknesses is not the aim; improvement is! (All assessments, as required and agreed, would be followed by counselling and/or Remedial Intervention. These sessions would contribute in overcoming the identified weaknesses.)
