I feel so fresh after having my tea☺️
It contains caffeine that gives me mind alertness which helps to boost my brain activity as well as my mood.

It is this boost in mood and brain activity that gives us this sense of relaxation and well being that only tea can provide.🙇

When I have my favourite tea, Caffeine helps to transform fat in the body into energy, causing me to sweat, yet not feel hot.

But it's important to manage the quantity 🤭 form and of tea ☕ you are having!

There is no harm in enjoying the heavy meals 🍛🍱 sometime. I can't do the Diet for my whole life🙄. I enjoy😋 my food very well with following some secrets 😉

✅ Start your day with protein rich breakfast

✅ Do a nice sweat session before heavy meal

✅ Don't drink the calories. Try to avoid sugary drinks

✅ Be mindful and control the portion so that you can enjoy all the variety of food

✅ Be active through out the day

✅ Don't overindulge. Keep some food items aside for next meal instead of eating too much at one seating

✅ Portion control is the Key
