Ishan was rushed to Surya Hospitals after accidentally swallowing a metal object, leaving his family extremely worried and anxious.

A Quick Response That Made All the Difference

Three-year-old Arkam Shaikh’s day took an unexpected turn when he accidentally swallowed a coin while playing at home. What started as a playful moment quickly became a worrying situation for his family. After visiting several hospitals and struggling to find immediate medical help, Arkam’s parents finally arrived at Surya Hospitals seeking urgent care.

Under the expert guidance of Dr. Prateek Agarwal, the situation was handled swiftly and calmly. After a quick evaluation, the doctor reassured the family and within just a few minutes successfully removed the coin, without the need for surgery. The relief and gratitude felt by Arkam’s family was immense as their child was safe and comfortable again.

Throughout the night, our compassionate nursing and support staff ensured that Arkam felt calm and cared for.
