A 60 year old man who is known diabetic for last 20 Year presented to us with Intertrochanteric fracture with subtroch extension .With these comorbidities it was very difficult to put through the strenous procedure of ot but our doc n staff hard work made it possible. Pt undergone surgery on 3.2.2019 For this type of fracture by PFN. Now patient doing well will be discharged soon. We are looking forward for these challenging cases to provide u with our outmost care.
