Four Pillars of Meditation: Asana Pranayama, Mudra & Bandha - In Depth residential immersion with Swamiji

Overview of the program

● Body (sharir) and sheaths (koshas). Asanas to transcend the gross body.

● Higher yogic/tantric sadhana - as per Yoga Upanishads and Shaivagams.

● Prana, Pranayama and Siddhis (addressing the nervous system and respiratory system issues and transcending the subtle body.

● Mudras and Bandhas to manage mind and prepare the ground for meditation to happen.

● Theory and practice of the select meditation techniques from Raja and Ta**ra yoga
