on the eve of International Day of Persons with Disabilities,Biggest rally to support handicapped community by West Bengal Handicapped rights commission, Shri Siyaram Sewa Sansthan & Noble Order for Human Excellence. Rally started from Hazra Square and ends at Gandhi Murty,Dharamtala.
Also here as Chairman, Universal Records Forum and presented record Certificates for making a record as about 20000 people joined the rally and made this rally a memorable one .
