The Royal College of Pharmacy, Raipur, was celebrated National Pharmacy Education Day on 6th March 2025 with the theme ""Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharmacy Practice – Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centers and Pharmaceutical Startups" in the coordination of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
For this the distinguished person Mr. Anish Voditelwar Head of Chhattisgarh of PM Jan Ausidhi Pariyojna and Mr. Sanjay Apte, Financial Advisor, Raipur were present and explored about the Pradhan Mantri Jan Ausidhi Pariyojna. Students were asked their query regarding opening of store, pharmacist registration, Financial assistance etc.
Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) (transl. Prime Minister’s Indian Public Medicine Scheme) is a campaign and public welfare scheme of the Government of India, launched in 2008 as the Jan Aushadhi Scheme by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. The initiative was rebranded in 2016 as the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) to expand its scope and strengthen its mission of providing quality generic medicines at affordable prices to the public. During this lectures, Chairman Mr. Toshan Chandrakar, Secretary Mr. Kamal Chandrakar, Principal Dr. Deepak Kumar Dash, Organizer Dr Rudra Pratap Singh Rajput, Teaching staff of Royal College of Pharmacy, Raipur were presented.
