The pupil teachers of Columbia College celebrated the festival of colors, Holi, with great joy and enthusiasm on 02 March 2026 at the Columbia Professional University campus. They enjoyed playing with colors and celebrating together in a cheerful atmosphere. The celebration spread the message of happiness, unity, and togetherness among all.

On World Wildlife Day, a slogan competition on the theme "Wildlife Conservation and Environmental Awareness" was organized at Columbia College, Raipur. Pupil teachers participated enthusiastically and presented their creative ideas for protecting the environment.

Based on the judges' evaluation, Ms. Jyoti Verma, B.Ed. II-Semester secured first place, Ms. Demon, D.El.Ed. 1st Year secured second place, and Ms. Payal Sahu, B.Ed. IV-Semester secured third place. The program was conducted by Dr. Raj Dewangan and Ms. Rekha Yadav.

Annual Fest 2026, jointly organized by Columbia College, Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology and Columbia College of Science and Commerce under Columbia Professional University, concluded successfully on its fifth and final day.

The day featured various sports and cultural events, including Badminton Singles (Boys and Girls), Table Tennis Singles and Doubles, Volleyball (Girls), Discus Throw (Boys), Mehndi Competition, and Song Competition (Solo and Group). Students participated with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit.
The event concluded with the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where winners and runners-up were honored with trophies, medals, and certificates.

On the occasion, Hon'ble Chancellor Mr. Kishore Jadwani and Pro-Chancellor Mr. Harjeet Singh Hura encouraged students to actively participate in sports and highlighted the importance of teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition. The program was attended by Principals, Heads of departments, faculty members, and a large number of students.

As part of the fest, several co-curricular competitions were conducted. On 24 February 2026, Flower Decoration and Best out of Waste competitions were organized.

On 25 February 2026, Rangoli, Salad Decoration, and T-Shirt Painting competitions were held, where students showcased their creativity and artistic skills.

A vibrant Group Dance Competition was organized on 27 February 2026, adding cultural enthusiasm to the event. These activities provided students with a platform to express their creativity, teamwork, and confidence. Winners will be honored during the concluding ceremony of Annual Fest 2026.

On 27 February 2026, the third day of the Annual Sports Competition organized jointly by Columbia College, Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology and Columbia College of Science and Commerce under Columbia Professional University was conducted successfully with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The competition is being held from 24 February to 28 February 2026.

On this day, competitions such as Carrom (Girls), Javelin Throw (Girls), Cricket (Boys), Badminton (Boys & Girls), and Kho-Kho (Boys) were organized. Students actively participated and displayed excellent sports skills and team spirit.

The university administration and college authorities encouraged the participants, and the winners will be honored during the concluding ceremony. The event continues to promote teamwork, discipline, and the overall development of students.

Columbia Institute of Pharmacy, Raipur, organized a Two-Day National Seminar on "Advancing Ethical Practices and the 3Rs in Biomedical Research: A Multidisciplinary Approach", sponsored by the Committee for Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CCSEA) and co-sponsored by Jan Pragati Education Society, Raipur.

The inaugural ceremony on Day 1 was graced by Dr. Deependra Singh, Chairman, Education Regulation Committee, Pharmacy Council of India, Delhi, and Professor, University Institute of Pharmacy, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. Other dignitaries included Shri Kishor Jadwani, Chairman, Jan Pragati Education Society; Shri Harjeet Singh Hura, Secretary, Jan Pragati Education Society; and Dr. Ravindra Kumar Pandey, Principal, Columbia Institute of Pharmacy.

The program began with a Sarswati Pooja, followed by speeches from the guests. The plenary lecture was delivered by Dr. Papiya Bigoniya, Adjunct Professor, RKDF University, Bhopal. This was followed by lectures from Dr. Rupesh Pandey and Dr. Trilochan Satpathy, and a hands-on training session on handling experimental animals. The day concluded with a poster presentation session, evaluated by Dr. Chanchal Deep Kaur and Dr. Amit Nayak
