Sometimes, the people we call our “type” are really just echoes of the patterns we grew up with the comfort of the familiar disguised as chemistry.
We repeat dynamics not because we want to, but because a part of us is still trying to heal what once felt incomplete. Understanding your attachment style isn’t about labeling yourself, it’s about bringing awareness to how you love, connect, and protect your heart.
When you begin to notice your patterns the anxiety, the distance, the over giving, or the pullback you also open the door to change. Love that feels calm, consistent, and kind may seem unfamiliar at first, but it’s the kind that helps you grow, not shrink.
