Why does weight bounce back even after losing it successfully?

Because weight maintenance has rules, and most people skip them!

Rule 1: The Patience Rule
Stay consistent till you lose 8–10% of your body weight (around 8–10 kg).
Your body is most sensitive in this phase — deeper fat loss = stronger maintenance.

Rule 2: The Weight-Check Rule
Monitor your weight regularly.
Catching small gains early prevents big rebounds later.

Rule 3: The Continuity Rule
After reaching your goal, continue at least 50% of the eating habits you followed during weight loss.
