This is the story of a 13 yr old girl, who attained menarche 6 months ago presented with neuromuscular scoliosis (riser4) with cobbs angle of 58degrees .

We corrected the deformity with D4-L5 posterior stabilisation+Spos under GA with neuro monitoring after explaining all possible complications including functional limitation.Patient was mobilised two days after surgery and discharged subsequently.

The above were the pre-op and postop radiographs cm clinical pictures.
