🛑 An Urgent Appeal to All Residents of Rajkot

We've all been heartbroken by the recent, tragic road accidents in our city.

As a doctor who witnesses the devastating consequences of these accidents firsthand, I am urging all of us to be more responsible.

My message is simple, but it can save lives:

🚗 For 4-Wheeler Drivers: Please, keep your speed within the city limits (40-50 km/h). Use your indicators....it’s NOT optional.

🛵 For 2-Wheeler Drivers: Wear your helmet. Always. And please, for your own safety and the safety of others, do not drive on the wrong side.

More accidents are now caused by "Screen and Drive" (using mobile phones) than by "Drink and Drive."

Let's protect each other. Let's make our roads safer for everyone.

દિવાળીના તહેવારો ચાલુ હતા..
ધન તેરસ ની રાત્રે વોકહાર્ટ હોસ્પિટલના ઇમરજન્સી વિભાગમાં ફોન આવે છે પોરબંદર પાસે ઇન્ડિયન નેવીના 25 વર્ષના બે જવાનો નો એક્સિડન્ટ થયો છે.બંને ને ત્યાની લોકલ હોસ્પિટલમાં લઈ ગયા છે બંને જવાન વેન્ટિલેટર પર છે અને ક્રિટિકલ કન્ડિશન લાગે છે અને સિવિયર હેડ ઇન્જરી થયેલી છે.

*શું ન્યુરોસર્જન હાજર હશે ?*
ઇમરજન્સી માંથી જવાબ મળ્યો *હા*
ન્યુરો સર્જન અવેલેબલ છે ડો. જીગરસિંહ જાડેજા ની ઇમરજન્સી ડયુટી છે . એ કોલ હતો પોરબંદર થી ઇંડિયન નેવી ના ડોક્ટર નો.

નેવી ના ડોક્ટર જાડેજા સાહેબનો નંબર લઈને એમને કોલ કરે છે.
નેવીના ડોક્ટર કહે છે જે કરવું પડે એ કરજો પણ એમના બંને જવાનો ને બચાવવાના છે .

ડો.જીગરસિંહ જાડેજા એ કહ્યું we will try our best to save our soldiers.

બંને દર્દી ને રાત્રે 1 વાગે ઇમર્જન્સી વિભાગમાં લાવવામાં આવે છે.

સીટી સ્કેન કરતા બેમાંથી એક દર્દી( વિનય કુમાર- બંનેના નામ બદલેલ છે ) SEVERE HEAD INJURY (મલ્ટિપલ બ્રેન હેમરેજ) અને તન્મય ને MINOR HEAD INJURY નુ નિદાન થાય છે.
અને તાત્કાલિક સારવાર ચાલુ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે.

તન્મય તો બીજા દિવસે જ ભાનમાં આવી જાય છે અને ચાર દિવસમાં ડિસ્ચાર્જ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે

વિનયને છ દિવસ સુધી વેન્ટિલેટર ની જરૂર પડે છે અને સઘન સારવાર પછી ધીરે ધીરે વિનય પણ ભાનમાં આવી જાય છે અને દસમા દિવસે તેને પણ ડિસ્ચાર્જ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે

આમ,
નેવીના બંને જવાનોને બચાવીને હેમખેમ રીતે એમના યુનિટમાં પરત મોકલવામાં આવે છે.
