I’m sharing my own experience because I know many students and youngsters are facing the problems which I suffered few years back. I’ve also seen many parents are worried about their children of my age, but they don’t even find a single way. My attitude towards everything was just “I’ll do it later...” I had to study on my own because I was a HOME SCHOOLER, and still I’m. I didn’t like to study at all, couldn’t concentrate for reading or writing. There was no confidence in me. I was just a COUCH-POTATO, eating something every time while sitting on the sofa and watching TV. There were no any physical activities for me. Even my height was below average. My parents were so much worried about me and my future. They always shouted on me to do something for my own sake. My parents were related to Yoga but I wasn’t serious at all about Yoga. I wanted to do Yogasana, Pranayama, etc. when I saw my parents doing all Yoga Activities, but I couldn’t go ahead to do Yoga, even though I was good at Yoga. During 2010, eventually, my father gave a chance to demonstrate few YOGA Poses in a school. And the demonstration was really fantastic. All were fascinated by my performance of Yoga poses. Even I was also amazed by my own Yoga performance. That was a very turning point for me and my life. So, finally on that day, I decided to create my future as a YOGA TRAINER. I started my YOGA JOURNEY at the age of 12, with the systematic training of ASHTANGA YOGA. My focus was only YOGA, started practicing daily for at least 4 hours. The results were amazing. I felt the real positive changes within me. There was tremendous confidence within me and no laziness. I started seeing the world so differently. My parents were not torturing me for the studies. Today I’m 6’ tall due to my regular practice. My physical and mental strength has grown at high. I simply understood that I’m a LIFETIME LEARNER. I did my Yoga courses from Kaivalyadham, Lakulish Yoga University, Life Yoga Academy & did Yoga Teacher’s Training from Banjaara Yoga & Ayurveda. Now I teach Yoga... did my Yoga trainings in some schools and also teach personally to students and individuals. I suggest everyone to practice Yoga for lifetime. Gym and exercise are good but it is only related to our physical body, while Yoga is related to our Mind – Body – Emotions & Soul. Gym makes our body stiff while Yoga makes our body and mind more flexible. Gym makes our mind more stressful and angry, while Yoga gives us Calmness & Peace and.
