✨ A rewarding milestone in patient care!

We successfully performed a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation ( ) on a 78-year-old patient with severe aortic stenosis.
This minimally invasive procedure has transformed the treatment outlook for elderly and high-risk patients with . There is no need of surgery or general anaesthesia for valve implantation. This allows faster recovery and reduced hospital stay of 2 days.

Grateful to my entire cardiac team for their precision, dedication, and teamwork. A special thanks to Dr Manik Chopara sir, Wockhardt management, Dr Solanki sir, Dr Hathi, Dr Sakariya, Dr Chintan Mehta, Dr Mehul.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — to restore quality of life and bring hope through advanced cardiac care. ❤️

Invited as a faculty at Imaging & Physiology Council of India, 2025 at Hyderabad and shared experiences about use IntraVascular Ultrasound ( ) in Left main coronary artery ( ) interventions.

Presented complex calcific left main angioplasty and stenting techniques in post CABG (with occluded Bypass grafts ) torturous vessels, at CHiP Summit, 2025 at Kochi.

Utilisations of Intra Vascular Lithotripsy (IVL-Shock wave), IntraVascular Ultrasound (IVUS), GuideLiner were discussed.

Sudden cardiac deaths are increasing now-a-days even in young.
In several such cases, these may be due to congenital coronary anomalies. This abnormalities can easily be diagnosed precisely with a Multi detector CT Coronary angiography. An original research article related to that is published in Asean Heart Journal (AHJ).
