શું તમને પણ એવો જ ભ્રમ હતોને કે ડીટોક્સ ડ્રિંક્સ તો હેલ્ધી કહેવાય?

પણ હકીકત તો એ છે કે…
તેમાં કયા કયા macros રહેલા છે અને તે શરીર પર કેવી અસર કરે છે તે જાણ્યા વગર પીવામાં આવે તો એ ફાયદાને બદલે નુકશાનકારક પણ થઇ શકે છે.
