A 70 year old female patient having diabetes,Hypertension since last 10 years ,before 15 days her covid 19 positive results and her condition is critical,her oxygen leval and sugar not controlled patient is unconscious so her relative contact us we start our covid home isolation care with bipap and oxygen support after 14 days patient is fully recovered at home now her oxygen leval is 98%on room air
