A 67-year-old male patient from London presented with acute left upper limb pain, upper back pain, and uneasiness. Investigations revealed ECG changes with positive Troponin-I, confirming Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS).
Coronary angiography showed significant coronary artery disease, and bypass surgery was also suggested for this patient. Under the expert care of Dr. Mihir Tanna, the patient underwent immediate coronary angioplasty with
• Drug-eluting stents from Left Main (LM) to LAD
• POBA to the LCX
Following ICU monitoring and stabilization, the patient made a smooth recovery and was discharged in stable condition on 23/01/2026.
Most importantly, despite the critical presentation, the patient was medically fit to fly and safely returned to London on 25/01/2026, just days after a life-saving cardiac intervention.
A true example of timely intervention, advanced cardiology care, and excellent clinical outcomes.”
