Eyes problems all except any operation :-
● A ▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎ Jal Neti:-
1. One full jug normal temperature water (98.5 Fahrenheit or 37°Celsius)
2. Three and half normal spoons rock salt (sainda namak)
3. Neti pot
4. Both side Nostle cleaning with this proper mixed water with salt
》》 Technical issues and guidelines required through yoga teacher observation practically, you tube videos or books or Google search
● B ▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎ tratak :-
1. One lamp(diya)
2. Cow ghee one spoon
3. One pocket fire box
4. One stool by hight 3 feet
5. One asan (met) ( baithne ke liye)
》》 Keep lamp over the stool (after filled with one spoon cow ghee )
》》 fire the lamp with firebox
》》 take any dyaanatmak asana ( like padamasanas , bajraasana, sukhaasanas etc. Over the met
》》 now keep distance 3 hand distance between lamp and you
》》 focus over lamp light ( loe ) for 3 mnts
》》 or till tears are not coming once tears started then stop the practice totally.
》》 then meditates with close eyes for 5 mnts
》》 after meditating with close eyes and reflection of light
》》 stop the practice totally
