A pt of 35 yrs with history of postpartum introduction of cu-T 5 yrs back ,came with missed thread.Trial of removal of cu-t was done at various hospitals as it was visible in ultrasound to be inside uterine cavity, both normally and ultrasound guided but with no result.
Came to us,we assessed the case and put the petient for hysteroscopic removal.
it was a successful procedure, thanks to Sai aastha team.

This is a very rate case managed at Sai aastha hospital.a lady of 43 yrs was having lower abdomen pain since 10-12 yrs treated multiple times outside without releif, this was her ultrasound report done at Sai aastha hospital with difficult visibility of hyperechoic small shadow considered to be old foreign tissue/fetal bone?she was not having any history of introduction of CU-T or multiload.she was advised hysterectomy and which was done here.
Specimen was cut and this was the finding,missed cu-t in utero i think introduced much earlier without her knowledge,which had embedded the myometrium with small part in endometrial cavity.
She is now doing good 👍
