Minimally invasive surgery(Endoscopic assisted) for intracerebral haemorrhage has much better outcomes in compared to conventional large craniotomy,
No need to remove large bone flap and for second cranioplasty surgery
MIS techniques generally lead to reduced brain injury, lower complication rates (Reduced Infection Risk, Less Blood Loss, Decreased Postoperative brain Swelling and herniation) , faster return to Neurological function, shorter ICU Stay and Hospitalization, lower mortality rates compared to conventional surgery.
