Hema's incredible performance earned her two gold medals and one silver medal, showcasing her exceptional strength and dedication. With a remarkable deadlift of 162.5 kg and a bench press of 77.5 kg, Hema dominated the competition in the 65 kg weight category.

Her success continued at the IHFF Strongman Championships, where she once again demonstrated her prowess with another impressive 162.5 kg deadlift.
