A case of Severe Ac.PSGN with anasarca, hematuria with septicaemia in Shock with RF with cerebral oedema with very poor gcs score was admitted to our hospital (resident of West Bengal).
Parents had almost lost the hope and at the verge of loosing someone so precious.

After 1month of NICU stay
1.baby (with severe sepsis and severe birth asphyxia, on ventilator for 15days, with very poor prognosis) got discharged.

2.baby(with severe pneumonitis and respiratory distress, on venti for 12days) got discharged.

Work satisfaction at its best.
