What is IVF ?
Explained in 20 seconds

IVF means fertilization happens outside the body.
In this process, a woman’s egg and a man’s s***m are combined in a laboratory to form an embryo, which is then placed back into the uterus to achieve pregnancy.

🧬 Steps of IVF (Simple Explanation)

1️⃣ Ovarian stimulation
Medicines are given to the woman to produce multiple eggs instead of one.

2️⃣ Egg retrieval
Eggs are collected from the ovaries using a minor procedure.

3️⃣ Fertilization
Eggs are mixed with s***m in the laboratory to form embryos.

4️⃣ Embryo transfer
A healthy embryo is placed into the uterus.

5️⃣ Pregnancy test
After about 12–14 days, a blood test confirms pregnancy.
