NECESSITY OF “PAPER MILL MANUAL” BOOK IN THE ERA OF MACHINE LEARNING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
Many of us may think what is the necessity of a book like “PAPER MILL MANUAL” in this era of ML & AI? The writer once again remind them once again that PAPER MILL MANUAL book is a fundamental book of those who choose paper mill or paper technology as their profession or business just like a child has to learn from the very preliminary book of his/her mother tong.

POST-73. I GOT THE ANSWER OF MY QUESTION.
So long one question was haunting my mind, why so many Institutes are opening across the country to specially prepare the students to admit in different Engineering and medical colleges. In my time such admissions used to take place based on the basis of the result of the scheduled examination of the Universities of the States of the country.
It is true with the change of Time the syllabus of a particular branch of Engineering and Medical science may be required to be changed. Let the Institutes takes the pain to do it and test the success which will be automatically noticed by the country through the achievement of their students. But why for that private Institutes are coming up like mushrooms creating troubles for the students along with their parents with middle class financial background. This system may benefit to the wealthy community but definitely prevents middle class deserving students which ultimately loss to the country in many ways.

POST-73. I GOT THE ANSWER OF MY QUESTION AT LAST.
So long one question was haunting my mind, why so many Institutes are opening across the country to specially prepare the students with too much expenses to admit in different Engineering and medical colleges. In my time ( now I am 90 years old ) such admissions used to take place based on the basis of the result of a usual predetermined examination of the University of the state only. That system produced good Engineers and doctors. But present system will definitely prevent lower middle class intelligent boys and girls to dare to go for Engineering and Medical Institutes. Let the selection and admission be on the result of the Universities of the States only and arrangement of special education if required can be given by the concerned Institutes to prepare the students to proceed with their usual course as I got it in the Jadavpur University. POST-NO 72.
It has been observed there is a good demand of soft tissue in the world market. It is told that best soft tissue is manufactured from soft wood fibre and not from waste paper. In the very beginning let me inform you I am a paper mill Engineer and whatever little knowledge of paper making I have got all are from my paper mill friends. Hence it is my earnest request to all readers to correct me if I give any wrong statement in this topic.
In this contest it is high time, Indian forest department should be careful to maintain the covered forest area and to take care to cultivate soft wood forest in suitable areas. it will be better to develop culture to plant trees in vacant areas. Such thinking can give a much good result if properly executed which is absolutely necessary for clean air for our existence.
