Exercises for toes,ankle joint, Knee joint,hip joint, pelvic area and lower back with continuously deep breathing as inhaling and exhaling, here breath is main component to normalise the joints .It's very scientific and effective to increase the flexibility and blood circulation in all joints if we do all exercise with breathing.These exercises give the assurance of free flow of Pran in all joints .In this video Ambassador C M Bhandari Yogguru is telling the way of these exercises in a scientific and easy manner .

जमीन पर बैठकर खाने का अपना ही अलग फायदा है |
We serve the food at our Yog and Health Wellness retreat in a traditional Indian style. To eat siting down on the floor is very beneficial in digestion of food and it's the part of our Indian culture,still in Villages and in south India mostly people like to eat siting on the floor.
जमीन पर खाने की परंपरा बहुत प्राचीन है, लेकिन इसके कई स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य लाभ भी हैं, इससे वजन नहीं बढ़ता, पाचन क्रिया सुधरती है, दिल मजबूत होता है जैसे कई फायदे हैं इसके, तो जमीन पर खाने की आदत डालें।पलती मारकर बैठना एक प्रकार का योग आसन है। इस पोजीशन में बैठने से मस्त‍िष्क शांत रहता है और भोजन करते वक्त अगर दिमाग शांत हो तो पाचन क्रिया अच्छी रहती है। इस पोजीशन में बैठते ही खुद-ब-खुद दिमाग से एक सिगनल पेट तक जाता है, कि वह भोजन के लिये तैयार हो जाये।
# बैठकर खाने से पाचन क्रिया ठीक रहती है और खाना अच्‍छे से पचता है। आमतौर पर जब आप जमीन पर बैठते हैं तो सुखासन में बैठते हैं। जो कि पाचन में मदद करने वाली मुद्राएं हैं।
# अगर आप जमीन पर बैठकर खाते हैं तो बेहतर ढंग से भोजन पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर पाता है। बैठकर खाने से पेट और दिमाग को सही समय पर एहसास हो जाता है कि आपने भरपूर खा लिया है, इससे आप ओवरईटिंग से बच जाते हैं।
# जमीन पर बैठकर खाने का फायदा है कि आप समय से पहले बूढ़े नहीं होते हैं। क्योंकि इस मुद्रा में बैठकर खाना खाने से रीढ़ की हड्डी और पीठ से जुड़ी समस्याएं नहीं होती है।
# जमीन पर बैठकर खाने से उम्र बढ़ती है। एक अध्ययन में पाया गया है कि जो लोग जमीन पर पद्मासन में या सुखासन में बैठते है और बिना किसी सहारे के खड़े होने में सक्षम होते हैं। उनकी लंबे समय तक जीवित रहने की संभावना ज्यादा होती है।
#जब आप जमीन पर बैठकर खाते हैं तो रक्‍त संचार अच्‍छे से होता है। इस तरह दिल बड़ी आसानी से पाचन में मदद करने वाले सभी अंगों तक खून पहुंचाता है, लेकिन जब आप कुर्सी पर बैठ कर खाना खाते हैं तो यहां ब्लड सर्कुलेशन विपरीत होता है। इसमें सर्कुलेशन पैरों तक होता है, जो कि खाना खाते समय जरूरी नहीं होता। यह दिल के दौरे की संभावना को भी कम करता है।
