A Blessed and Beautiful Christmas Evening at SMH
Theme: “BORN AGAIN”
Tonight, the Scudder Memorial Hospital chapel became a place of joy, worship, and deep thanksgiving as our entire hospital family gathered for the Hospital Christmas Celebration 2025.
From the first prayer to the final blessing, every moment carried the warmth of fellowship and the tenderness of God’s presence.
Carols, multilingual songs, choreo, skits, and heartfelt presentations from our staff, students, doctors, nurses, AHS team, housekeeping staff, and choir filled the chapel with life and meaning.
This year’s theme “BORN AGAIN” echoed through every song and every word.
It reminded us that Christmas is not only the story of a Child born in Bethlehem, but the call for another birth within each of us a new heart, a renewed spirit, and a fresh beginning in Christ.
As we worshipped together, we were reminded once again that:
• God is still working in our midst,
• Hope is still alive in every ward and patient room,
• And His grace continues to shape our mission of healing.
The evening concluded with blessings over our hospital, our patients, and every person who faithfully serves in SMH day and night. It was a celebration that touched hearts, strengthened faith, and brought our family closer. May this Christmas renew our hope. May the message of being “BORN AGAIN” guide our lives.
And may God’s peace fill SMH in the year to come.
Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year – 2026.
