65 years old female came with diabetic foot ( wet gangrene of fore foot) with uncontrolled diabetes. Fore foot amputation done followed by daily dressing and antibiotics. And after 20 days secondary suturing was done.

23 years young male present to my OPD with diabetic foot with uncontrolled diabetes. Debridement was done and diabetes was controlled, daily dressing for 1 month and after that skin grafting was done.

Surgery performed cholecystectomy ( removal of gall bladder) cut open specimen of gall bladder show's hundreds of small stone in it.
