*मध्‍य प्रदेश में दवा दुकानों पर डिस्काउंट बोर्ड पर रोक, फार्मासिस्ट का रजिस्ट्रेशन हो सकता है रद्द*

भोपाल। अब मध्यप्रदेश में मेडिकल स्टोर पर 10% से 80% तक की छूट दर्शाने वाले बोर्ड लगाना अवैध माना जाएगा। फार्मेसी काउंसिल ने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि दवा बिक्री में छूट का प्रचार फार्मेसी प्रैक्टिस रेगुलेशन 2015 के खिलाफ है। इस पर कार्रवाई के तहत फार्मासिस्ट का पंजीकरण रद्द या निलंबित किया जा सकता है। राज्यभर के फार्मासिस्टों और स्टोर मालिकों को काउंसिल ने नोटिस जारी कर कहा है कि डिस्काउंट का लालच देना अनैतिक व्यापार है और इससे मरीजों की सेहत से खिलवाड़ होता है। यह प्रतिस्पर्धा अधिनियम 2002 की धारा 4 का भी उल्लंघन है। फार्मेसी काउंसिल के अध्यक्ष संजय जैन और रजिस्ट्रार भाव्या त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि आगे सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

*एमपीसीडीए ने कहा-15 दिन में हटाएं बोर्ड-:*
मध्यप्रदेश केमिस्ट एवं ड्रगिस्ट एसोसिएशन (एमपीसीडीए) ने आदेश का स्वागत करते हुए सभी मेडिकल स्टोर्स से 15 दिन में डिस्काउंट बोर्ड हटाने की अपील की है। संगठन ने मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि यह निर्णय केमिस्टों के हित में है। भोपाल केमिस्ट एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष जितेंद्र धाकड़ ने कहा कि भारी छूट के कारण नकली दवाओं की आपूर्ति की आशंका रहती थी, जिससे मरीजों की जान जोखिम में पड़ती थी। नए नियम से पारदर्शिता बढ़ेगी और जनहित सुरक्षित रहेगा।

Seizure Aura of Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE)

TLE is the most common symptomatic/cryptogenic partial .

More than 90% of patients reported an . The most common is an epigastric aura. Although no aura is totally specific for temporal lobe seizures, some are very strongly associated with a temporal origin, particularly viscerosensory as epigastric sensation and experiential or psychic auras as “deja-vu”. Both of these types of aura are more likely with right temporal , but this is only a trend. Whereas viscerosensory auras are generally more common in mesial TLE associated with hippocampal sclerosis, experiential auras and deja vu in particular are more common in the benign familial temporal lobe epilepsy syndrome.
Multiple sequential auras in the same seizure suggest a non-dominant localization most often temporal. Chills and goosebumps are more common with left temporal foci, and if they are unilateral, they are usually ipsilateral to the seizure focus.
Olfactory and gustatory auras are uncommon mesial temporal lobe epilepsy auras. They are associated with mesial temporal tumors. An auditory aura is very suggestive of lateral temporal origin. This can be a positive (buzzing or ringing sound) or negative symptom (loss of hearing). The auditory aura is a hallmark of an autosomal dominant form of temporal lobe epilepsy. Cephalic auras (non-specific sensation in the head) are more likely extratemporal. The same is true of somatosensory and visual auras. Absence of an aura is more likely with bitemporal epilepsy
