An 65yr old obese lady C/O severe Pain left leg & Low Backache for last around 6-7 months not relieved after any medication & physiotherapy,MRI LS Spine s/o L4-5,L5-S1 level disc prolapse (noncompressive),given successfull Transforaminal & Epidural Block,patient got 80% painfree in OT& went Home on her foot with smile on her face
