Cervical Pain me ye 3 galtiyaan bilkul na kare ❌
1️⃣ Mobile ko jhuk kar dekhna – neck par pressure badhta hai
2️⃣ Ek hi position me zyada der baithna ye letna – muscles tight ho jaati hain
3️⃣ Bina exercise ya stretching ke rehna – pain chronic ho sakta hai
Avoid travelling
👉 Roz sahi posture rakhein
👉 Time-time par neck mobility exercises karein
👉 Pain ko ignore na karein
