We are a Yoga school and retreat centre located in Rishikesh, India, tucked away in the foothills of the Himalayas. Here at Anadi Yoga Centre, we offer the chance to practice, study and live the full Yoga lifestyle, all while soaking up the rich and spiritual culture of an ancient city that is known as the 'Yoga Capital of the World.' We are dedicated to Yoga as a lifestyle and to providing all our students with an authentic and enriching environment to study and dive deeper into their own spiritual path. Our name ‘Anadi’ is an ancient Indian Sanskrit word meaning ‘eternal’, where there is no beginning and no end. This word is used when describing the soul or pure consciousness, from which everything in our universe has come to be. Yoga is all about the journey from yourself to yourself and your pure consciousness, and therefore the word ‘Anadi’ was chosen for our school.
