As this year gently comes to a close…

I want to pause and bow in gratitude to each one of you.

This year was not just about time passing —
it was about EXPANSION.
Expansion of awareness.
Expansion of courage.
Expansion of the heart’s capacity to feel, release, and rise again.

Together, we witnessed layers fall away —
old stories that no longer fit,
beliefs that once felt safe but had grown small,
doors that needed to close so the soul could finally breathe.

There were moments of deep insight…
and moments of discomfort that quietly carried wisdom within them.
Each breath taken consciously, each practice embraced, each truth faced —
moved us closer to ourselves.

I am deeply honoured to have walked beside you as you chose awareness over habit, presence over fear, and growth over familiarity.
Your willingness to look within, to soften, to stay curious, and to trust the unfolding made this year profoundly meaningful.

As we step forward, may you carry the knowing that what ended did so with purpose, and what opens next does so with grace.
Nothing was lost — everything was integrated.

Thank you for your trust.
Thank you for your openness.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.

Everything that was not dealt with is coming face on to be cleared ,family drama and ties that test boundaries, timelines that test your flexibility, delays and detours and redirections ...all of these aimed at our own inner journey ...
