YOGA TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: I started practicing yoga with a competitive approach. It gave me lot of success in competitions; at the same time, I came to know that this knowledge is useful for the holistic development of a human being. I feel so proud that my Guruji make me efficient to share this sacred knowledge of yoga with others. Experiencing the bliss at physical, mental and spiritual level through Yoga and making others to experience, is the passion of my life.
