Our vision is to promote peace, harmony, unity and interconnectedness to bring flow, balance and joy into your life. We conduct Yoga and Meditation retreats, Yoga for beginners courses, Ayurveda retreats, Reiki healing courses and 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. The Ashram is located in the quiet area of Rishikesh, on the banks of the holy river of Ganges.
