Himalaya Tapovanam – A guiding light for all the Yoga aspirants around the globe, started by the blessings of HH Shri Kalyan Baba of Himalayas and HH Shri Swami Chidananda ji Maharaj of Sivananda Ashram to spread their knowledge. We have designed various workshops and unique yoga teacher training program to help seekers in their path of self-realization. We offer various workshops on Pranayama (Art of Breathing), Meditation, Yoga and a 200hr Yoga Teacher training course. All the courses have been designed by our team of teachers after a thorough and extensive research and from knowledge that they have derived from over 2 decades of learning from various Himalayan masters. Each of our workshops helps the seekers to have an in depth understanding of the particular subject through a combination of theory and practical classes. Our Yoga teacher training is an all inclusive course offering the whole spectrum of the various aspects of Yoga. This course not only makes the student perfect in understanding Yoga in all its forms, it also trains them to impart this knowledge to other seekers spread far and wide.
