Holistic Healing Yoga by Dr. Summit Sharma.
Dr. Wididana: Health is the main blessing.

The purpose of human life is to find and keep his health. Buddhism said that one of the greatest blessings of man is health, or healthy living. Without health human will try to buy / look for medicine here and there, and ready to exchange all his wealth to gain health. The way to get and maintain health is to live healthy, eat/drink healthy, exercise, sleep, relax, befriend, think, speak, act, breathe healthy. In short, health must be maintained and maintained to the maximum and be alert. A diligent body is sick, a long time healed illness, weak body endurance, signifies that, your body-mind and soul need to be serviced, improved attitude, in order to harmoniously blend, with yoga.

Dr.Summit Sharma suggested to do Therapeutic Healing Yoga, health yoga for healing, delivered in the Holistic Healing Yoga workshop, Yoga for Modern Men on 11th July, 2024 at Pak Oles Yoga Studio.

Modern human body posture mistakes, such as sitting too much on chairs, which causes the pelvic joints to close, working in front of a computer, with a smart phone, which causes stiff neck bones to move forward like a turtle, waist pain, shoulder pain, and stress, and poor sleep then to correct the wrong position or position joints / bones, anxiety, stress should be done with the formation of body posture, or body adjustment, with Therapeutic Healing Yoga technique.

The workshop conducted by Dr. Summit Sharma is an introduction to yoga techniques in 120 minutes, for the next workshop will be conducted for 20 hours, on 19 s/20 July 2024 at Pak Oles Yoga Studio.

Dr. Summit Sharma closed the workshop event with the technique of vibration meditation (shaking meditation), which aims to release tension and mental stress, as well as to accept and love oneself, so that the body, mind and soul, harmonize, unite to become a free, independent, healthy physically and spiritually.
