What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Our sages have told eight types of means for purification of body, mind and life and attainment of God through yoga, which is called Ashtanga Yoga.
These are the following-
Yama
Niyama
Asan
Pranayama
Pratyahara
Dharana
Dhyan
Samadhi
What is meant by easy and what are its types?
Asana means that state of the body in which you can keep your body and mind calm, stable and happy.
The ability to sit comfortably in the same position for a maximum period of time is called asana.
According to the tradition of Yoga Shastras, there are eighty-four lakh asanas and all these are based on the names of living beings. No one knows about these asanas, so only eighty-four asanas are considered to be the main ones. And at present only thirty-two asanas are famous.
Asanas are practiced for physical, mental and spiritual health benefits and healing.
Asanas are divided into two groups:-
Dynamic easy
Steady easy
Dynamic Asanas- Those postures in which the body remains in motion with strength.
Stable Asanas- Those postures in which the exercise is done with little or no movement in the body.
Asana is to make our physical body light and healthy so that we can free ourselves from diseases and can go to the higher stage of yoga, following the entire process of Ashtanga Yoga to live a happy and balanced life.

Hello friends,
After taking a closer look at life around me, I have deeply felt that everyone is running from dawn till dusk to have something very important in their life, such as wealth, material, name and fame, but what Have you ever wondered what we really want. , I'm sure the end result is a delight.
Do you feel that after you get what you want, again you feel like you need something else and life goes on... After all, the wheel of life comes to an end?
A precious life becomes meaningless, without a meaning, incomplete and hopeless. As a result, mental and physical imbalance, stress and anxiety, loss of productivity, illness, emotional disturbance, etc.
If you are one of those people of the modern age who feel incomplete even after repeatedly interacting with new people and occupying the content you want, then just stop, take a step back and very seriously Think about where you are going.
You will feel deep in your heart that life is not meant for the planet you are here. Then the journey of happy life and fulfillment begins...
The root cause of all problems is ignorance. From childhood, everyone is programmed in the name of education by the society to think and behave in a certain way.
For pleasure, we have pre-defined sources in the form of drinks. Social Gathering, Movie, Partnering etc. But after some time, we again feel empty within.
We need to question the pattern of life and the way society is trained in the name of religion and education.
If you have a deep desire to know what can be done?
If you can ask yourself, can I be more productive even if I continue with my current job or business?
Can I continue my career in a more peaceful and satisfying way?
We will suggest you the spirituality path to health, happiness, and success through yoga, meditation, and yogic knowledge.
Take a break from your work for 7 or 10 days; It comes in Rishikesh valley in India. We will present you a customized curriculum for holistic living that will help you gain insight into life. This course will engage you for 6 hours a day, learning yogasanas, art and breathing, meditation and life philosophies to tackle daily physical and mental challenges.
Thank you,
Naveen Ramakrishna

The main purpose of yog asanas?
The prime purpose of yoga is to attain true intelligence to attain a higher state of consciousness to live life happily. True wisdom is not possible without caring about this material body Hence asanas are required to possess a sound and healthy body which is free from disease, aches, and pain, or mental depression. Therefore the initial purpose of practicing asana regularly is to eliminate these afflictions and disturbances. Because a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. once our body is supple and light, free from disease, we can deepen our understanding of Raja Yoga (Yoga of Mind) and continue the journey of life with joy and bliss.
