Uttanasana (Sanskrit: उत्तानासन; uttānāsana) or Standing Forward Bend,[with variants such as Padahastasana where the toes are grasped, is a standing forward bending asana in modern yoga as exercise.The name comes from the Sanskrit words उत्तान uttāna, "intense stretch"and आसन; āsana, "posture" or "seat".

Uttanasana - standing forward bend, is a incredibly beneficial posture is both therapeutic & revitalizing and increasing flexibility to the spine

In Uttanasana, your head is below your heart, this allows the blood to rush to your head (rather than your feet), giving your cells a rejuvenating boost of oxygen

Care is to be taken, as you gently come up, stacking the spine, from the tailbone, vertebrae by vertebrae, bring the head up last, allowing blood flow to return to normal

If you are unable to perform the full Uttanasana, you can bend your knees n look forward, keep your spine straight

Chakrasana (Sanskrit: चक्रासन : Cakrāsana, Wheel Pose) or Urdhva Dhanurasana (Sanskrit: ऊर्ध्वधनुरासन; Ūrdhvadhanurāsana, Upward-Facing Bow Pose) is an asana in yoga as exercise. It is a backbend and is the first pose of the finishing sequence in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It gives great flexibility to the spine.
