Announcing Agni Flower’s first retreat | May 1 - 8, Rishikesh, India

At Agni Flower, we awaken the body through fire and flow. For 7 days, we’ll move, sweat, and surrender—fueling our inner fire without burning out.

Each day includes three movement-based classes with expert teachers:

Dynamic Yoga Flow – with Lola
Dance – with Diya
Movement Practice (animal locomotion, handstand training, primal movement) – with Amit

And we balance all this fire with rest, meditation, and deep self-reflection—so your body, mind, and spirit can integrate the transformation.
