Pregnancy is a powerful phase, yet many women unknowingly train their pelvic floor the wrong way. When you only suck your belly in and push down, you increase pressure on the uterus and actually push the uterus downward. That weakens support over time. Moola Bandha, also called the root lock, helps lift the pelvic floor correctly and creates gentle internal support.
