Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga သည် အပြင်ဘက် စည်းကမ်းလေးကျင့်သည့်စနစ်မှ အတွင်းပိုင်း sādhana သို့ ဦးတည်စေသော လေးနက်သည့် လမ်းကြောင်းတစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းသည် ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာလှုပ်ရှားမှု သို့မဟုတ် အသက်ရှုလေ့ကျင့်မှုသာ မကဘဲ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ၊ အသက်ရှုနှုန်းနှင့် သတိရှိမှုတို့ကို တစ်စုတစ်စည်းတည်း ပေါင်းစည်းကာ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် သန့်စင်ပြုပြင်သွားစေသော စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
