The second most common symptom of Oral Pre - Cancer is the appearance of a Red Patch or Lesion in the mouth. As we know, the color red often indicates danger, much like a red traffic light signals us to stop. In the same way, red lesions in the mouth should never be overlooked, as they can be potentially serious. If such a lesion is noticed, getting a biopsy done as early as possible is essential.

But not all red patches are dangerous. Some may result from minor trauma, such as aggressive brushing or accidentally biting the inside of the cheek. However, there is usually a visible difference between a harmless red patch and one that may be cancerous.

If you notice a red or white patch anywhere inside your mouth, stay alert, it could be an early sign of Oral Pre - Cancer. A biopsy is the most reliable way to confirm what it is.
