Root to restoration..
Sharing a case of rct and restoration of grossly decayed #27 in 25 year male patient..
Separate mb2 with different portal of exit..
Rct done in single visit..
As the tooth is grossly decayed there isn't good amount of dentine left for full coverage restoration so I decided to do indirect onlay for cuspal coverage..
Emax onlay was ruled out due to cost factor..
So I opt for indirect composite onlay..
