Dahi or chaas- with or post dates, to cool the body down and ensure that the gut stays calms. Try the date raita or simply roast some jeera, pound it fresh and add it on top of your dahi.

Variyali or sauf- either a sherbet or some with a dash of mishri. Reduces gas & bloating, natural coolant and lesser time in the washroom tomo.
